Workato is seeking an exceptional Delivery Manager to join its growing team. The role involves project execution and delivery, financial and resource management, agile project management, stakeholder communication and reporting, thought leadership, team development, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, experience delivering professional services, and experience managing project budgets up to $500k.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years delivering professional services
• Experience managing project budgets up to $500k USD
• Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall
• Experience in commercial business accounts
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain director/VP-level relationships
• Project scoping & planning, Risk & change management, Status reporting
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts (ARR) and expansion services
• Track record of working cross-functionally
• iPaaS or integration experience preferred
