Job Description

Workato is seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join its Embedded Business Unit. You will partner with customers who integrate Workato into their core products, driving customer success by guiding customers through every stage of their integration journey, understanding their business objectives, enabling customer teams, building relationships with stakeholders, driving adoption, and managing your book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through each integration stage (deployment, solution design, GTM strategy, adoption)
  • Understand customer objectives and success metrics to ensure Workato achieves desired outcomes
  • Enable customer teams with best practices, training, and strategic guidance
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders
  • Drive adoption and value realization by helping customers unlock new business opportunities
  • Manage book of business to support Workato’s net revenue retention and other key business metrics

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or customer success
  • Experience with successful product development, launch, and growth
  • Background in business planning process development
  • Involvement in sales enablement strategies
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Track record of delivering on ambitious renewal rates and company objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguous situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Project management and storytelling skills
  • Self-motivation and teamwork
