Job Description

Workato is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to work with enterprise customers, ensuring their success with the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor, advocating for customers, and collaborating with internal teams. The manager will own a portfolio of accounts, focusing on value realization, adoption, retention, and growth, while developing strong relationships with senior customer executives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on value realization and growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers
  • Develop and drive programs to increase product usage
  • Create customer assets, including Joint Success Plans
  • Monitor customer outcomes and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and champion customers internally
  • Provide accurate reporting and develop growth and risk mitigation plans
  • Contribute to the development of Customer Success practices and drive process innovation

Requirements

  • BS degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or account management, with a proven track record of increasing adoption, retention, and satisfaction in enterprise accounts
  • Experience navigating ambiguity, building consensus, and fostering accountability
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Experience in integration and/or business automation
  • Ability to understand large, complex businesses
  • Strong customer empathy and customer-centricity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project management and storytelling skills
  • Passion for technology and automation
