Job Description

Workato is looking for an FP&A Intern to join their team. The intern will gain first-hand exposure to Workato’s financial planning, close, and reporting processes, supporting key G&A leaders and their continued automation efforts. This role involves partnering with key leaders, assisting in core financial planning and close processes, identifying opportunities to streamline internal processes, and supporting leadership in ad-hoc analyses and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with key leaders in support of their business objectives and financial planning success
• Assisting in core financial planning and close processes, including downstream budget/cost reporting and analyses for senior leadership
• Identifying opportunities to streamline internal processes to enhance process efficiency
• Supporting leadership in ad-hoc analyses and presentations as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Docs Editors (Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools
• Strong analytical intuition and skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent communications, both verbal and written
• Previous FP&A or Finance-related internship experience is a plus
