Job Description

Workato is looking for a VP of Global Developer Marketing to create and champion a developer offering, empower developers to deliver impactful projects, grow the global Workato developer community, build a new brand, launch innovative programs, hire and lead a marketing team, and own developer marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global developer marketing strategy
  • Own developer technical advocacy & relations
  • Establish and run Workato’s developer video strategy
  • Build and launch a distinct developer brand
  • Lead integrated campaigns
  • Measure and report on KPIs
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a marketing team
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Community, and Sales

Requirements

  • 10+ years in developer or product-led B2B SaaS marketing; 5+ years leading integrated teams
  • Proven record launching net-new developer brands
  • Deep understanding of developer tooling ecosystems
  • Experience owning developer advocacy, video strategy, and multimedia content production
  • Proficiency with modern martech stacks
