Job Description

The SDR team at Workato is looking for highly motivated individuals to start on the ground floor of a fast-growing tech company. The role supports Workato's commercial sales team and is responsible for breaking into new accounts via outbound sales. This role involves building a strong pipeline for Account Executives by booking meetings with key executives at target accounts using email, social selling, and cold calling. The team is collaborative and provides support and enablement to help SDRs achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

  • Building a strong pipeline for Account Executives
  • Booking meetings with key executives at target accounts
  • Using email, social selling, and cold calling to book meetings
  • Meeting monthly activity goals
  • Working as part of a collaborative team

Requirements

  • Some selling experience (e.g., 6 months as an SDR, recruiter, sales internship, or sales certificate)
  • Knowledge of business applications (Google Apps, Outreach, Zoominfo, Slack, Salesforce)
  • High energy, positive attitude, and ability to take initiative
  • Strong work ethic, self-directed, and resourceful
  • Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great experience
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work hybrid and commute to Denver or Palo Alto office 2 days per week
