Workato is seeking an Enterprise Development Representative to join their growing team. This role involves identifying potential customers, creating qualified business opportunities for the Workato Enterprise Sales team, and supporting early-stage meetings to qualify prospects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise needs and a proven ability to exceed performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and conducting strategic outreach to potential customers
  • Curating targeted messaging campaigns for VP+ Enterprise decision-makers
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Utilizing CRM tools to track and manage leads
  • Staying informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product launches
  • Supporting early stage meetings to qualify prospects
  • Educating prospects on Workato's benefits
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  • Attending events to meet prospective customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-36 months of experience
  • Ability to own strategy for generating pipeline into white space accounts
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence
  • Strong ability to understand an enterprise and develop key points of contact
  • Research and data-driven approach to account planning
  • Self-starter with a vested interest in team success
  • Highly technically curious
  • Demonstrated success exceeding performance metrics
