Job Description

The SDR team at Workato is looking for highly motivated individuals to start on the ground floor of a fast-growing tech company. The role supports Workato's commercial sales team and is responsible for breaking into new accounts via outbound. The team is collaborative and provides clear guidance and support. The role involves building a strong pipeline for Account Executives by booking meetings with key executives at target accounts using email, social selling, and cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Building a strong pipeline for Account Executives

  • Booking meetings via email, social selling, and cold calling
  • Meeting monthly activity goals with support and enablement

Requirements

  • Some selling experience (e.g., 6 months as an SDR, recruiter, sales internship, or sales certificate)
  • High energy, positive attitude, initiative, strong work ethic, self-directed, and resourceful
  • Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great experience
  • Strong collaboration skills and excitement to work as a part of a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of business applications (Google Apps, Outreach, Zoominfo, Slack, Salesforce)
  • Willingness to work hybrid and commute to Palo Alto office 2 days per week
