Job Description

Workato is seeking a Partner Operations Associate to join their growing team. This role will involve working with partner sales teams to address operational inquiries, requests, and issues, reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, managing tech stacks and processes for internal and external stakeholders, and efficiently managing multiple priorities. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate needs into scalable solutions are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for partner operations and enablement inquiries
  • Investigate, communicate, and resolve operational concerns and requests
  • Develop and maintain documentation of tech stack, business processes, and standard operating procedures
  • Develop, update, and maintain recipes, flows, and automations for internal and external partners
  • Manage internal and external partner enablement resources (onboarding, sales assets, certifications)
  • Identify operational gaps and translate them into automation or process improvement plans
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure project completion
  • Manage, implement, and communicate updates to partner sales and broader organization
  • Collect feedback from various stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects and provide operational support
  • Analyze key trends and metrics to improve pipeline performance

Requirements

  • Experience managing partner sales tools (PRM, LMS, Salesforce, partner directories, content repositories)
  • Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of new software and sales systems
  • Experience with iPaaS and enterprise orchestration tools (Workato experience a plus)
  • Experience in sales enablement and/or creating sales assets and courses
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Understanding of operational and enablement best practices and measurement of effectiveness
  • Experience with partner sales business development and co-selling strategies
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate progress in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills to capture and use data to drive operational strategies
  • Enthusiastic, "roll up your sleeves" mentality, and ability to perform well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
