Job Description

As a senior technical contributor, you will play a critical role in shaping our data infrastructure and enabling self-service analytics across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering and business strategy, with a proven ability to design scalable systems and influence technical direction across departments.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data pipelines and modeling infrastructure
• Mentor junior data team members
• Integrate data from various sources
• Develop and manage ETL processes
• Architect and maintain scalable data models in DBT
• Partner with Product, Engineering, RevOps, and Business Leadership
• Optimize data processing workflows
• Implement data validation and quality assurance processes
• Document data processes, workflows, and systems
• Utilize tools and technologies such as SQL, DBT, Snowflake, and Salesforce
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends
• Ensure data security and compliance
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Drive initiatives that improve data governance
• Obtain Workato Automation Pro certifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or relevant experience
• 5 to 7 years of work experience in a data-related field
• Experience creating data pipelines in DBT & Snowflake
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strategic mind who can dissect and organize analytically and for scale
• Diligent thinker who gets things done without overlooking important details
• Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion
• Natural drive for innovation and creative problem solving
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with multiple deadlines
