Job Description

Workato is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect, AI Solutions to empower partners to build, sell, and deliver next-generation AI and agent-based automation solutions. This role involves enabling the partner ecosystem through training, assets, and guidance, as well as supporting partners during pre-sales and post-sales engagements. The ideal candidate will drive thought leadership, provide technical guidance, and scale adoption of Workato’s platform across strategic alliances.

Responsibilities

• Enable partner ecosystem through strategic training and guidance on Workato’s AI and Agentic capabilities
• Support partners during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, providing solutioning and architectural advice
• Drive thought leadership and scale adoption of Workato’s platform across strategic alliances
• Collaborate with Product Management and AI team to provide feedback from the field
• Build relationships with key partner technologists and technology leaders
• Train and support partners on Workato’s Agentic and Agentic Apps capabilities
• Execute architectural workshops and demos showcasing Workato’s AI use cases
• Provide technical oversight and troubleshooting assistance during implementation phase
• Guide partners through Workato’s point of view on intelligent automation and AI agents
• Collaborate with partners to ideate and build joint solution capabilities
• Create and deliver technical presentations and enablement programs
• Represent Workato at industry events and technology conferences
• Serve as a technical solutions expert with a deep understanding of AI architecture
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to relay partner feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product vision
• Set and achieve quarterly objectives related to partner enablement
• Continuously strive to deliver an exceptional partner experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Demonstrated success as an AI Engineer
• 6–10 years of experience in partner enablement or solutioning within a SaaS or iPaaS environment
• Strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• In-depth understanding of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Amazon Bedrock
• Practical knowledge of iPaaS platforms and integration architecture
• Proficiency in Python programming or understanding of object-oriented programming
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships
• Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Fast learner who can independently conduct research
