As the strategic thought‑partner to our executive team, you will translate market signals, customer trends, and financial realities into decisive growth plays. You’ll own the end‑to‑end insight cycle—sizing opportunities, shaping go‑to‑market bets, and measuring business impact—so that every marketing dollar and product initiative ladders up to sustainable enterprise value.

Responsibilities

  • Master the landscape of the company's operations and financials
  • Audit current marketing performance and identify efficiencies
  • Define strategic hypotheses for growth and create test plans
  • Influence marketing decisions to align with business objectives
  • Guide investment mix based on data and competitive intel
  • Operationalize learning loops to translate insights into action
  • Shape long-range strategy and set growth targets
  • Package findings into narratives for decision-making

Requirements

  • 6+ years in growth strategy, corporate strategy, or marketing leadership
  • Proven record of crafting multi-channel growth playbooks
  • Mastery of marketing levers of growth and quantitative models
  • Experience designing and analyzing marketing tests
  • Ability to translate analysis into strategic narratives
  • Executive presence and storytelling skills
  • Growth mindset and curiosity
  • Data-savvy and proficient in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
