Job Description

Supio is seeking a Paralegal Experience Specialist to enhance their AI platform for law firms. This role involves defining standards for Paralegal superusers, creating training materials, and collaborating with various teams to drive adoption and value of Supio's functionality among paralegals.

Responsibilities

• Define and measure standards for Paralegal superusers
• Design and deliver written and verbal materials for Paralegals
• Coach paralegals on using Supio functionality
• Liaise with Product to understand new functionality implications
• Create multi-channel training to drive adoption
• Found and run a Paralegal-specific Customer Advisory Board
• Create a Supio certification curriculum for paralegals
• Partner with CSMs to engage customers' paralegals
• Collaborate with Marketing on paralegal-specific materials
• Innovate ways to inspire Paralegals with Supio

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience as a personal injury paralegal
• Preference for 2+ years of direct management experience
• Conversance with law firm needs from paralegals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Passion for AI and technology
• Stellar internal collaboration skills
