Job Description

Supio is seeking a passionate Software Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a talented team of full-stack engineers in delivering scalable, innovative solutions. This role involves overseeing impactful projects, nurturing talent, and driving technical excellence. The manager will work across the technology stack, building scalable backend systems, and exploring technologies like LLMs and AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive clarity across the engineering team, product team, and other stakeholders
• Manage project timelines and keep projects on time
• Mentor engineers and help unblock development roadblocks
• Hands-on collaborative coding and participating in code reviews
• System design and architecture
• Develop and drive a positive and transparent culture
• Develop advanced algorithms and reasoning-proficient Large Language Models

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Economics and related fields
• 2+ years management of engineering team(s)
• Demonstrated ability for building empathy and respect on engineering teams
• Highly organized and excellent communication skills
• In depth knowledge of architecture and system design
• Technically proficient and ideally, still a daily coder
