Job Description

Supio is seeking a hands-on, high-agency Site Reliability Engineer to shape and scale the reliability layer of their stack. This role involves owning the release pipeline end-to-end, automating infrastructure, monitoring systems, and GitHub workflows. The engineer will work closely with engineers, product leads, and company leadership to ensure uptime, speed, and confidence in every deploy.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments, leading release and deployment processes
• Manage GitHub operations, including branching strategies and pull request flows
• Build and maintain resilient AWS-based infrastructure
• Set up and manage observability tools, configure alarms, and respond to incidents
• Write scripts, services, and automations to improve deployment confidence
• Contribute code to build internal tools and improve system reliability
• Support global teams and maintain deployment velocity across time zones

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles with production ownership
• Experience in software development
• Familiarity with Bash, Python, TypeScript, and Postgres SQL
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, IAM, VPCs)
• Experience with GitHub workflows and release automation
• Comfortable using AI tools to generate code
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles
• Comfortable being on-call
• Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy
