Supio is seeking a passionate Staff Software Engineer to help deliver scalable and innovative solutions for their AI platform. The role involves leading and working across multiple layers of the technology stack, from developing user experiences to building robust backend processes and leveraging large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI technologies. Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions
• Contribute to product direction and feature prioritization
• Work across the technology stack, from frontend to backend, to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient systems
• Understand customer needs and pain points, translating them into effective technical solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues
• Advocate for and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve our development workflow

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full stack development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in React, Typescript, and Nodejs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
