Job Description

Pair Team is seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage with and enroll individuals into their Enhanced Care Management program. The role involves virtual outreach (phone, text, email) and occasional in-person visits in the community. The specialist will educate partners about Pair Team's services and build trust with eligible members to enroll them in the program. This is a remote position with 1-2 required on-site visits per month.

Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage and enroll individuals into the program
• Educate partners on Pair Team’s services
• Explain services and benefits of Enhanced Care Management
• Build trust with eligible members and enroll them
• Promote communication amongst internal/external teams
• Meet key enrollment metrics
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel
• Provide consistent updates on funnel stages

Requirements

• Located in California
• 1+ year experience in a metric/quota-driven environment
• Dedicated to working within and improving the community
• Results-driven with a proven track record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
• Strong technical skills and comfort with technology platforms
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance (for Field Ops)
