Job Description

Pair Team is seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage with and enroll individuals into their Enhanced Care Management program. This role involves virtual outreach (phone, text, email) and in-person visits (1-2 times/month) in the community. The specialist will educate partners on Pair Team's services, explain program benefits, and meet key enrollment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage and enroll individuals into the program
• Educate partners on Pair Team’s services
• Explain services and benefits of Enhanced Care Management
• Gain trust with eligible members and enroll them
• Promote effective communication amongst teams and partners
• Meet key enrollment metrics
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel
• Provide consistent updates on funnel stages

Requirements

• Located in California
• 1+ year experience in a metric/quota-driven environment
• Dedicated to working within and improving the community
• Results-driven with a proven track record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
• Strong technical skills and comfort with technology platforms
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance (for Field Ops)
