Job Description

Pair Team is seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage with and enroll individuals into their Enhanced Care Management program. The role involves virtual and in-person outreach, education, and enrollment of individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder, experiencing homelessness, or with high medical needs. The position is primarily remote but requires working PST hours and a set schedule of Friday-Tuesday.

Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage and enroll individuals into the program
• Educate partners on Pair Team’s services
• Explain services and benefits of Enhanced Care Management
• Build trust with eligible members and enroll them
• Promote communication amongst internal/external teams
• Meet key enrollment metrics
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel
• Provide consistent updates on funnel stages

Requirements

• Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA compliant workspace
• 1+ year experience in a metric/quota-driven environment
• Dedicated to community improvement
• Results-driven with a proven track record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
