Build AI-powered healthcare systems for America’s safety net. Pair Team is redefining how vulnerable populations receive care — and we’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the charge on our most critical initiatives. We combine technology, AI, and human touch to serve Medicaid patients with complex needs: those experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, serious mental illness, and substance use. Our platform powers a national safety-net care model, supporting community-based organizations, providers, and health plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead major strategic product areas tied to company OKRs and long-term roadmap
• Own multi-pod product initiatives from vision to launch to scaling
• Develop product strategy in partnership with clinical, operations, and engineering leadership
• Operate with deep fluency in product, business, and technical dimensions of your domain
• Use AI tools and Pair’s internal platform to rapidly build and iterate on functional prototypes and workflow automations
• Use data (quantitative + qualitative) to shape decisions, measure outcomes, and iterate effectively
• Mentor other PMs and engineers through informal coaching

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives
• Fluency with technical systems
• Strong user research and data analysis skills
• Deep curiosity and humility
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments
