Job Description

The Fulfillment Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end fulfillment process within the facility. This role involves coordinating and managing various aspects of the fulfillment operations, including inventory management, order processing, shipping, and logistics. The Fulfillment Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, member experience, and overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and develops a team of front-line supervisors and approximately 150+ hourly Thrivers
  • Upholds compliance, productivity, quality, safety, and teamwork standards
  • Implements engagement and fulfillment strategies to motivate employees
  • Maintains performance standards and consistent processes
  • Strategizes and executes fulfillment and continuous improvement objectives
  • Collaborates with carriers to optimize shipping processes
  • Provides coaching and development opportunities to supervisors and employees
  • Oversees productivity hours and manages payroll functions
  • Sources and screens talent
  • Analyzes performance reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Sets clear goals, promotes accountability, and exemplifies strong performance
  • Supports all safety programs and OSHA compliance
  • Acts as the primary information source for the team
  • Drives the fulfillment operation strategy
  • Ensures the team follows core performance standards
  • Drives the planning and execution of fulfillment operation goals
  • Inventory Management - Monitor and manage inventory levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highest levels of integrity and ethics
  • Dedicated to quality and high standards
  • Proficient in G-Suite applications
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (Highjump)
  • Minimum of 5-10+ years of proven leadership/supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive results using data
