Job Description

Thrive Market is seeking an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialist to join their Fulfillment team in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The role involves maintaining inventory cycle counts, assisting with inventory discrepancies, processing member returns, handling damaged/expired items, and ensuring compliance with inventory procedures. The position requires availability to work Sunday-Wednesday, 6pm-4:30am, and overtime as needed. The position is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory cycle count program performing counts on inventory daily
• Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies
• Process member returns
• Pull and process damaged, expired, recalled items
• Applies and ensures compliance with inventory processes and procedures
• Communicates inventory requests and inspections to leaders
• Support internal/external audits
• Ensures system transactions are accurate and timely
• Performs other duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Prior logistics, fulfillment, or industry experience (preferred)
• Ability to physically count and move products
• Ability to read and interpret inventory reports
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods, reach, twist, bend, stoop, squat, lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Experience with hand-held scanners (preferred)
