Job Description

We’re looking for a versatile, high-performance Video Editor and Digital Designer who specializes in building paid social ads that convert. This contractor will play a key role in producing video and static content that fuels Thrive Market’s acquisition engine across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap. This is a role for a true performance-minded creative: someone who can edit compelling videos, design scroll-stopping statics, and—ideally—write sharp ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Edit video ads for paid social with a direct-response lens
  • Design static ads and concept graphics

  • Edit influencer and UGC footage into polished, high-converting ads

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience editing paid social ads
  • Proven experience creating ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snap
  • Strong portfolio showcasing direct-response video and static creative
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, digital design principles, and conversion psychology
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere (After Effects a plus)
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop
  • Strategic and collaborative thinker
  • Proactive and flexible mindset
  • Strong portfolio of direct-response social ads
  • Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
