Job Description

We’re looking for a Manager of Partnerships to lead Thrive Market’s Instagram influencer program, managing both organic partnerships and paid usage to drive high-quality new members efficiently. This person will own strategy and execution across Instagram, partnering with creators to produce content that performs on their own channels and in paid campaigns across Meta. This person should have a proven track record of driving efficient customer acquisition through influencer campaigns, strong instincts for what converts, and experience working closely with Paid Acquisition teams to optimize UGC, whitelisted, and darkposted content. Strong interpersonal skills are required, as this person will partner closely with hundreds of partners and work together with internal departments including content, brand, acquisition, merchandising, product and analytics. This person is motivated by data, is analytical, and will be seen as a strategic leader who can negotiate and execute campaigns hitting weekly and monthly budget goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership and management of an existing pipeline of Instagram partnerships
  • Negotiating and scheduling content-rich campaigns to hit daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Actively recruit new partners leveraging existing relationships
  • Scaling budget
  • Optimize partner performance by developing new creative assets, landing page and funnel testing, and other operational levers
  • Analyze and deliver insights to action on campaign performance based on data and goal KPIs
  • Collaborate with Acquisition to book and scale top-performing influencer content
  • Ensure influencer usage rights, disclosures, and legal terms are consistently tracked and managed

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Influencer Marketing, focus on Instagram is mandatory and Paid experience is preferred
  • Performance driven: KPIs motivate you, but you don’t risk brand integrity to hit goals
  • Proven success managing creator campaigns that deliver on performance goals with experience in UGC, whitelisting, and darkposting for paid social
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram influencer ecosystem, with a strong POV on what content performs on both Paid and Organic Influencer
  • Comfortable moving at a start-up pace (FAST!), and confident, outgoing and persistent with follow-ups
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Organized: you can usually see the end of your inbox and have a prioritized to-do list everyday
  • Process-oriented: you stay on task and can easily keep others on task
