Job Description

ControlUp seeks an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Executive to manage a named account territory (Mid-Atlantic US). This role involves selling Digital Employee Experience solutions, understanding client needs, developing proposals, and closing business. It also includes building relationships with senior-level decision-makers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed revenue quota goals
  • Address customer and partner inquiries
  • Develop business plans
  • Engage with business partners
  • Follow up on leads and update systems
  • Lead technical resources in product demonstrations
  • Follow up with clients and post-sale managers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Develop deep understanding of the territory

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or sales
  • Business travel expected
  • 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
  • Proven results in quota-oriented sales
  • Understanding of technology and innovation
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to present to executive management
  • Professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills
