Job Description

The Revenue Accountant will review contracts of varying complexity and allocate revenue according to ASC-606. They will analyze master agreements and contracts, discuss contract details with various departments, analyze products to support revenue recognition, and participate in projects from start to finish, providing financial insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts to ensure proper revenue recording and policy compliance
• Lead discussions with various departments regarding contracts and recommend solutions
• Analyze products to support revenue recognition treatment
• Participate in projects, provide financial insights, and make recommendations

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of financial experience
• Finance or Accounting degree (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 1-3+ years of revenue compliance and ASC 606 experience (preferred)
• Experience reviewing complex contracts and master agreements
• Business knowledge and experience working with Sales, Product, and Legal
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong process orientation and computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage workload in a changing environment
• Advanced Excel skills
