Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Retention to oversee and lead the $50 million renewal revenue stream across our small business product portfolio. This role will be central in optimizing our auto-renewal engine to ensure predictable recurring revenue, minimize customer attrition, and drive seamless experiences for our customers. You’ll work cross-functionally to align sales, customer success, finance, and operations around scalable processes that retain and grow our customer base.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in an enterprise level SaaS, consulting or services sales role
  • Demonstration of original thought in business plan development and history of successful execution against those plans
  • Proven success with driving existing customer account level engagements in an inside sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team
  • Ability to rapidly assess client environments
  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication skills
  • Show an ownership mindset
  • Continuous growth mindset
  • Willing to travel beyond city limits for the interest of the business
