Noah Medical is seeking an R&D Manager for the Instruments and Accessories team. This role involves leading technical tasks, communicating with stakeholders, providing leadership between development and manufacturing, coaching engineers, establishing best practices, and contributing to planning and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and present to senior management and stakeholders
• Provide leadership between development and manufacturing teams
• Coach, mentor, and train engineers
• Establish best practices and processes for efficiency
• Demonstrate cross-functional alignment
• Contribute to planning, design reviews, and technical strategy

Requirements

• Proven track record of collaborative leadership in medical devices
• 8+ years of experience in medical device
• 3+ years leading technical teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of design controls, risk management, NPI, and FDA regulations
• Process-driven mindset
• Data-driven decision making and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills
• B.S. in Mechanical, Material Science, or Biomedical Engineering
