Job Description

Noah Medical is seeking a Sr. Product Quality Engineer to lead investigations of returned field devices, conduct root cause analysis, review engineering drawings, design test methods, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality parts and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of returned field devices
• Conduct methodical root cause analysis
• Document findings in reports/presentations
• Review engineering drawings and propose design improvements
• Design test methods and fixtures
• Mentor less experienced engineers
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in mechanical engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in the medical device industry
• Creative problem-solving ability
• 5+ years of leading root cause efforts in a clinical context
• Ability to manage and analyze large data sets
• Proficient in CAD
• Experience assessing products from various fabrication methods
• Strong project management skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute
