Job Description

Noah Medical is seeking a Product Support Engineer to provide operational and service engineering support for their medical products and digital platforms. This role involves serving as a liaison between internal technical groups and departments supporting service, troubleshooting escalations, driving failure investigations, and contributing to system integration plans. The role requires up to 25% travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time troubleshooting support for escalations.
  • Solve complex product & process issues and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Drive complex failure investigations and data analysis.
  • Contribute to system integration plans and activities.
  • Develop and maintain service procedures, bulletins, and training materials.
  • Support hardware & software development processes for service features.
  • Develop validation protocols and reports for internal service processes.
  • Support software and hardware product development and deployment strategies.
  • Develop, manage, and drive continuous improvement in field tooling.
  • Provide technical support for Quality/Post-Market activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant clinical or bronchoscopy engineering experience.
  • Experience with system/electrical troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on robotics and/or mechatronics experience preferred.
  • Experience with troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for quality.
  • Experience with software development tools preferred.
  • Live in the assigned geography.
  • Willing to travel and be hands-on in the field.
  • Must be fiscally responsible and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent computer and technology skills.
