Job Description

As one of the founding members of our Customer Success Team at Dagster Labs, you will be responsible for ensuring customers reach their desired outcomes on the platform. Retention and growth are improved by ensuring customers get what they came for, and confirming that value with our contacts and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring a positive initial experience with the product
  • Providing ongoing support to customers through various channels to ensure their success with the product
  • Analyzing customer data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address issues before they become problems
  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to identify and unlock expansion opportunities, and to communicate customer feedback for product improvement

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify trends and drive decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Conceptual understanding of the underlying technical product: you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be proficient in conversing with engineers and adding value
