Job Description

DeepIntent is seeking a Sales Marketing Manager to enable revenue teams with the necessary tools, content, and strategies for effective prospect and client engagement. This role involves developing sales enablement assets, aligning messaging across teams, simplifying complex ideas into persuasive content, and supporting training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a library of sales enablement assets
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to align messaging and support revenue goals
• Simplify technical or complex ideas into clear, persuasive content
• Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for sales teams
• Leverage sales enablement platforms to streamline content delivery and RFP responses
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of materials and programs to drive improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales marketing, sales enablement, or a related role in a high-growth tech environment
• Strong writer and communicator with experience crafting impactful, client-facing content
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
• Experience with sales enablement tools like Seismic and RFP/questionnaire management tools like Loopio is a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare, life sciences, or privacy-centric industries is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
