Job Description

Arize AI is seeking a proactive and high-energy Technical Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive product growth and adoption. This role involves improving the onboarding experience, optimizing user journeys, and creating data-driven nurture strategies. The PMM will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing Growth, and Developer Relations teams to ensure users quickly realize value from Arize and remain engaged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine positioning for AI observability and evaluation products
• Optimize the user journey from sign-up to adoption
• Develop targeted email sequences and in-product messaging
• Create sales decks, one-pagers, demo flows, and training materials
• Craft compelling demo flows for troubleshooting and evaluating LLMs and AI agents
• Leverage analytics to measure activation, engagement, and retention
• Drive content creation to establish Arize as a leader in AI observability
• Gather intelligence on customer needs and competitive landscape
• Support feature launches with clear messaging and growth-focused experiments
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, growth marketers, and DevRel

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing and/or developer relations
• Experience with AI, developer tools, or technical SaaS products
• Understanding of the AI/ML space
• Ability to craft compelling messaging for engineers and enterprise buyers
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly messaging
• Comfortable working with sales teams and understanding customer objections
