The Director of Thomas Marketing Services (TMS) Production will lead and oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies for client accounts, managing a team and ensuring high-quality, timely marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team
Manage resource allocation and ensure on-time delivery
Oversee the end-to-end production pipeline for digital marketing deliverables
Partner with strategy and client services teams
Monitor project performance and drive innovation
Identify opportunities to improve product offering and execution
Requirements
8-10 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior production role
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with project management and workflow systems
