Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational design initiatives

  • Create and maintain talent dashboards and reports
  • Conduct workforce planning analyses
  • Partner with business leaders on talent strategies

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in talent management or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s preferred
  • Experience in designing and implementing performance management systems
  • Expertise in organizational design and talent optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with talent analytics and workforce planning
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving organizational effectiveness
  • Experience in technology or e-commerce companies
