Job Description

The Manager, Human Resources will oversee data related to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and will be responsible for maximizing the employee experience. Additionally, the Manager will oversee the HR Help Desk, providing support and assistance to employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to HR Operations professionals
• Oversee employee life cycle data
• Manage HR Help Desk
• Manage and optimize HR systems and technology
• Analyze HR data and reporting
• Ensure compliance with employment laws

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• Experience with HRIS systems and technology
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in a high-growth technology company
• Certification in Human Resources Management
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
