The Manager, HR Operations will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Xometry's People department, overseeing the employee life cycle and maximizing the employee experience, and managing the HR Help Desk.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to HR Operations team
Oversee employee life cycle data
Manage HR Help Desk
Manage and optimize HR systems and technology
Analyze HR data and generate reports
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
7+ years of HR Operations experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of employment law
Experience with HRIS systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in a high-growth technology company
HR certification preferred
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
