Job Description

The Manager, People Operations will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Xometry's People department, overseeing employee lifecycle data and the HR Help Desk to maximize the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR Operations professionals
  • Oversee employee lifecycle data, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
  • Manage the HR Help Desk, providing support to employees
  • Manage and optimize HR systems and technology
  • Analyze HR data and develop reports
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of HR Operations experience, with 3+ in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company
  • Certification in Human Resources Management is preferred
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Must be able to work 3 days a week in the office
