Job Description

Xometry seeks a Vice President, Talent Operations to develop scalable programs, processes, systems, and policies across the full employee life cycle, focusing on employee experience, onboarding/offboarding, total rewards, HR systems and analytics, risk management, compliance, and business expansions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage People Operations infrastructure
  • Drive improvements and automation to improve employee experience
  • Manage administration of payroll, benefits and compliance reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams
  • Research, develop, and implement compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
  • Lead efforts toward data-driven People team and workforce management
  • Build a metrics-driven organization
  • Responsible for all policy & compliance matters

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in People Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or Business
  • Experience launching and managing HR programs
  • Experience leading HRIS systems administration and implementations
  • Expertise in analyzing people-centric data
  • Full working knowledge of HR legislation, employment law, principles, policies, and procedures
  • Proven track record of successfully transitioning HR operations and teams into new international regions
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Ability to write and communicate verbally in an effective and compelling manner
  • Strategic thinker with focus on tactical and operational issues
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to use sound judgment
  • Strong service orientation and desire to help others succeed
  • Tech Industry experience highly desired
