Xometry is seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead the strategic growth of our B2B platform, WorkCenter. This role involves driving the development of innovative solutions that empower manufacturers to thrive in the digital age and collaborating with product teams to define and execute a product vision.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for Xometry’s B2B product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct market research and user analysis
• Develop and implement a product launch strategy
• Own the product lifecycle
• Champion a data-driven approach
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Oversee product documentation and partner onboarding strategy

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading B2B software products and/or ERP systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience building high-performing product teams
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to translate customer needs into product strategies
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry
• Experience developing product roadmaps for enterprise software
