Xometry is seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead the strategic growth of our B2B platform, WorkCenter. This role involves driving the development of innovative solutions that empower manufacturers to thrive in the digital age, collaborating with product teams, and defining a product vision.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for B2B product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct market research and user analysis
• Develop and implement product launch strategy
• Own product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration
• Champion a data-driven approach to product management
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Oversee product documentation and partner onboarding strategy

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading B2B software products and/or ERP systems
• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B software products
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience building high-performing product teams
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to translate customer needs into product strategies
• Executive presence
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry
