Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program or release management
• Experience leading cross-functional software initiatives
• Ability to create and scale operational processes
• Deep understanding of modern SDLC practices
• Exceptional stakeholder-management and influence skills
• Demonstrated mastery of program tooling
• Adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Clear, concise communicator
• US Citizen or GC holder
