Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Partner Experience products. This role focuses on creating seamless experiences for manufacturers in the Xometry network, from onboarding to fulfillment and re-engagement, driving long-term success across the supplier ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the roadmap for specific areas of the partner journey
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and the partner operations team
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities
• Gather feedback directly from partners to inform product decisions
• Ensure feature adoption through rollout strategies and communications
• Partner with other PMs and business units to align roadmap and dependencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplaces, supply chain, or logistics tooling
• Demonstrated success shipping features in complex operational or B2B environments
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder alignment abilities
