Job Description

Manage and convert inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, demonstrate the value of the offer, and grow business share. Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment, developing a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Selling Xometry solutions to Fortune 500 customers
  • Focus on supply chain and aligning with customer objectives
  • Building relationships with engineering, program management, procurement, and executive management
  • Strategic planning and roadmapping for enterprise accounts
  • Setting up sales calls and presentations
  • Qualifying and converting leads
  • Working with technical staff to meet customer needs
  • Ensuring accurate data entry in CRM
  • Representing the company in the best light
  • Proposing solutions and negotiating contracts
  • Participating in training programs
  • Enhancing company performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of sales experience in a closing sales role
  • 2+ years of experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Proficiency in virtual meetings and presentations
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Experience with strategic sales planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
