Job Description

Manage and convert inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and demonstrate the value of Xometry's offerings to grow business. Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Xometry solutions to Fortune 500 customers
  • Focus on supply chain and align with customer objectives
  • Build relationships with engineering, program management, procurement, and executive management
  • Plan strategically for enterprise accounts
  • Set up sales calls and presentations
  • Qualify and convert leads
  • Collaborate with technical staff to meet customer needs
  • Manage data in CRM
  • Ensure team members represent the company well
  • Propose solutions and negotiate contracts
  • Participate in training and mentoring
  • Enhance company performance
  • Comply with quality and safety systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • 2+ years of experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering (preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Proficiency with virtual meetings and presentations
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Experience with strategic sales planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
