Job Description

Seeking an energetic and ambitious new business-focused Account Executive III to join the outbound sales team. Responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a robust pipeline, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and develop a strong pipeline
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales or new business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manufacturing background a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work 4 days a week in the office
