Job Description

Seeking an energetic and ambitious new business-focused Account Executive III to join the outbound sales team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building a pipeline, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects
  • Qualify leads and develop a strong pipeline
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions
  • Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manufacturing background is a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work 3 days a week in the office
