Job Description

As an Account Executive I, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers as well as managing an existing book of business. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to grow within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships and identifying strategic clients
  • Developing business with existing and new inbound customers
  • Creating and managing plans to reach sales objectives
  • Assisting customers in selecting manufacturing technology
  • Being the contact person for new prototyping and low volume production projects
  • Providing guidance to the sales engineering team for quotes
  • Delivering technical presentations at customer seminars
  • Collecting and reporting industry trends and competitor information

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying role
  • Experience in a high volume inbound sales role
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Strong negotiation skills and results driven
  • High energy with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
