Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and organizing the inbound strategic accounts team, developing business plans, meeting goals, and coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation. They will oversee the sales team's activities and performance, track goals, set sales targets, and facilitate training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in management
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and new business development
  • Experience in planning and implementing outbound sales strategies
  • Knowledge of technical sales and manufacturing is a plus
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and ROI
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to train, develop, and lead a sales team
  • Onsite requirement: Must be able to work 3 days a week in our office
