Job Description

The Sales Manager will supervise and organize the inbound strategic accounts team, develop business plans, and coordinate with the marketing department for lead generation. They will also oversee the sales team's activities and performance, track goals, and facilitate training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in a management role
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and new business development
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Knowledge of technical sales and manufacturing is a plus
  • Ability to articulate value propositions
  • Dedication to customer service
  • Ability to train and lead a sales team
  • Onsite requirement: Must be able to work 3 days a week in our office
